Signs & Finishing Touches
Welcome signs are the most popular of our wedding finishing touches. They come in rustic wood, white or clear acrylic, and most have a table plan and order of the day to match.
We hire our signs for weddings across Norfolk, along with the pieces that finish a room: aisle pedestals and lanterns, table runners and a post box for your cards.

Signs
- Rustic: a welcome sign, table plan and order of the day in dark wood, each dressed with a greenery garland and flowers.
- White: a welcome sign with a flower box, and a table plan and order of the day with bud vases.
- Acrylic: a clear welcome sign on a gold stand, and an order of the day.
White and acrylic signs can be personalised.
Aisle styling
Line your aisle with large floral arrangements on tall white pedestals, or on acrylic or gold stands, and finish the ends with lanterns or floor-standing florals in ivory and greenery.

How hiring works
-
Check your date
Tell us your date and venue and we’ll check availability and put together a quote. Most couples book 12 to 18 months ahead.
-
We set everything up
We deliver and set up everything you hire, the day before your wedding where we can, and liaise directly with your venue.
-
We collect it all
We come back the morning after to take everything away, so there’s nothing for you to do.
We’re a small family-run business in Dereham, dressing weddings, parties and christenings across Norwich and Norfolk. There’s a minimum hire charge and a small travel charge for venues more than 15 miles away, and there’s no VAT to add. A refundable damage deposit is payable on some larger items.
